I have two doctors, one suggested I try to help / CG with osteo-arthritis. Both documents have been informed that there would be no drug interactions with other drugs, but I was wondering if anyone had negative side effects? And how long will it take to please, this is a lifetime commitment is 90 days, or enough?

It is a lifetime commitment, and believe me when I say that you really make the difference if I can not feel it. I had no side effects at all, and I recommend it.
Some people add MSM - I see no difference with or without them.
Some also add, hyaluronic acid, which is very expensive, so a month or two sometimes, but not regularly.
I suggest you visit a real store health food (a meal) NO GNC and buy the GL / CH held there in the pharmacy or supermarket from which you buy at the health food store, not a series of unknown additives.
